Media consent and release form

for minors under 18 years old

1. Introduction

This agreement is made between:

Earniversity LTD (the "Company"), registered at The Financial Management Centre, Meads Business Centre, 19 Kingsmead, Farnborough, United Kingdom, GU14 7SR, Company No. 14946824,

and

The Parent/Guardian of the Minor named below (the "Releasor").

By signing this form, the Releasor grants permission for the Minor's videos, photographs, audio recordings, and/or written testimonials to be used by Earniversity LTD for marketing, promotional, and related purposes as detailed in this agreement.

2. Scope of Consent

I, the undersigned, consent to Earniversity LTD using the following materials featuring the Minor named above:

Video recordings
Photographs
Audio recordings
Written testimonials or quotes

The materials may be used for the following purposes:

Social media posts and advertisements
Company websites
Printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters
Online advertising and promotional campaigns

Geographic and Time Scope:
The consent applies globally and does not expire unless withdrawn as outlined below.

3. Rights and Use

By signing this form, I agree to the following:
a. Earniversity LTD has the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, and display the materials for the purposes outlined above.
b. No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
c. The materials may be combined with other media, text, or graphics without further approval.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company will store and process all personal data, including media and testimonials, in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data will be used solely for the purposes described in this agreement and stored securely.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

The Parent/Guardian has the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@earniversity.io / +44 (0)7871 924 788
Upon withdrawal, the Company will cease using the Minor’s materials for future marketing campaigns. However, materials already published or distributed may remain in use.

6. Liability

I confirm that I have the legal authority to grant consent on behalf of the Minor.
I release Earniversity LTD from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the materials, provided they are used as outlined in this agreement.
